President-elect Obama

It's almost 1:00 in the morning here, I've just watched the acceptance speech for the second time, and am once again in tears! I spent most of the late morning hitting refresh on my screen and the most of the early afternoon, walking between the ladies room and my desk in an attempt to compose myself. I can't believe what a difference 4 years makes. I remember the dismay and anger I felt 4 years ago when the results of the election made their way up the Khumbu. This time around, I am proud to be an American and so proud of us as a country (way to go, PA!). Yes. We can. And we will. May God bless the United States of America and the world in which we all live.
